IVM has a truly great partnership with Toyota providing them with vending programs on the safety side in their factories, as well as, the Financial side with machines dispensing IT peripherals to their corporate headquarter employees. When we started talking with Toyota about vending, their primary pain point was the amount of human interaction it took for a very simple transaction. By utilizing the technology within the IVM system, they basically cut that transaction time to the amount of time it takes to walk from a user’s desk to the vending machine, and without any productivity loss, or excess labor expenses.
